Safety & governance
Built for healthcare, from the ground up.
Designed around healthcare's core security, consent and oversight requirements.
Clinician oversight
AI outputs are reviewable, with clinician review built into the workflow.
Consent & role-based access
Hospital invitations determine clinician and researcher access. Production sharing requires the patient's consent and the hospital's approved access process.
Traceable AI
Structured outputs support clinician review. The demonstration records attempts to open full records; this is not a complete production audit system.
Data protection
Designed with India's DPDP Act, 2023 in mind. Legal compliance, consent processes and hospital agreements must be reviewed before real patient data is used.
Regulatory pathway
Developed within India's CDSCO SaMD framework with quality management systems.
Clinical partners
Built with hospitals and clinical KOLs, not in isolation.
Interoperability & regulatory detail
ABDM and FHIR R4 interoperability supports integration with hospital systems. In production, full records must remain on hospital-controlled systems; LifeBack® receives only approved summaries. An internet-address check controls access, not where records are stored.
Privacy & consent
Clear boundaries for patient information.
This website and demonstration
The portal uses made-up patients to demonstrate access rules. Real full records cannot be opened through the cloud demonstration. A hospital-local connection and an approved deployment are required before production use. Do not upload real patient records here.
Contact enquiries
Your name, organisation, work email, enquiry type and message are stored in Lovable Cloud to handle your enquiry. Do not include patient names, medical records or other sensitive clinical details. Use the contact form to request correction or deletion of enquiry information.
AI questions
Questions about evidence streams are sent to an AI service to generate an explanation. Do not enter identifiable patient information. Answers are not medical advice, and clinical decisions remain with the treating physician.
Patient consent and retention
The intended care service retains consented records for three years or more for follow-up, relapse assessment and long-term medication tracking. Before deployment, the hospital must communicate the purposes, permitted recipients, retention period and process for withdrawal or deletion, subject to applicable medical-record obligations. Full records remain on hospital systems.
Research access
The demonstration restricts researchers to consent-marked cohort rows without names or patient codes. Removing these fields does not guarantee anonymity. Production research requires appropriate consent, ethics review where applicable and assessment of re-identification risk.
